Making sense of notation: Practical Teaching Approaches for Today’s Piano Students

Dr Sally Cathcart is an advocate for excellent piano teaching. A piano teacher living in Yorkshire, she is an internationally recognised pedagogue, and an all round lover of anything piano related. She will be joining us for a second visit to talk about her passion for notation and how reading music comes from internalised musicianship rather than being simply a matter of decoding.
