Kris will share a little of his musicianship expertise drawing on the Kodaly approach to teaching.
Elza and Chris Lusher
Dogs and Birds: Piano for Children Aged 3 to 7 Using Kodály Principles.
Elza, originally from Hungary but now living in the Peak District with husband Chris, developed the Dogs and Birds piano method as a way of incorporating Kodaly principles into piano lessons for children as young as three. She uses a lot of singing and games, along with puppets Dorian (Dog) and Miss Bell (Bird), to help develop musicianship in a fun and accessible way.
